Our client is looking for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for bridging business needs and technical solutions. They are seeking a Business Analyst to join a dynamic team and play a key role in shaping business processes and project delivery within the payments environment.Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements.
Translate business needs into clear functional documentation.
Document procedures, workflows, and business processes.
Support project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO.
Manage requirement changes and maintain comprehensive BA documentation.
Support UAT to ensure delivered features meet business requirements.
Continuously improve analysis tools and processes.

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification.
3–5 years of proven business analysis experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
