Grade 12
Trade Tested Diesel Mechanic and N3

Experience:

5 years of post-apprenticeship experience
Demonstrated supervisory/leadership capabilities
Expertise in rebuilding engines

Knowledge That Sets You Apart:

Transmissions (Automatic Manual)
Electrical fault finding
Forklift trucks
Maintenance of CAT engines
BELL and Komatsu Front-End Loaders upkeep
Lifting equipment proficiency
Hydraulics and air brakes
Maintenance of Hino Tipper trucks and Mercedes trucks
Familiarity with safety rules and standards for mobile equipment
Ability to read electrical and hydraulic drawings

Fleet Vehicle Maintenance:

Execute preventative and corrective maintenance schedules.
Ensure vehicles' functionality and unwavering reliability.

Swift Response:

Promptly attend to notifications, minimizing downtime.
Sustain continuous productivity levels.

Technical Problem-Solving:

Identify technical issues, swiftly ordering the right parts.
Minimize downtime through efficient problem resolution.

Safety as a Priority:

Adhere to safety regulations, preventing injuries.
Contribute to equipment inspections, ensuring legal compliance.
