Sales Rep

• Drivers License (Code 8) and own reliable transport
• A minimum of 2+ years of sales experience
• Strong skills in communication (verbal & written), problem-solving, analytical thinking, decision-making, selling, negotiation, planning, and organization
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
• Previous experience in the Oil and Lubricants industry is advantageous

• Managing sales targets and driving sales
• Conduct repeat visits to customers, communicate directly with customers regarding pricing, products, promotions, stock issues, and other relevant information
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, and preparing reports
• Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the companys customer base
• Monitoring and reporting on the strategy on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Proactively manage and influence relationships to ensure growth for all stakeholders, including customers, peers, and colleagues
• Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge to give effective presentations and guidance to customers
• Identifying and developing promotion and advertising opportunities in your sales area
