Senior Production Planner

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to address changes in requirements or constraints.
• Support inventory control across local and international sites.

• Work within the Syspro ERP system to manage planning data, BOMs, routings, and MRP outputs.
• Develop reports and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual planning processes.

• Assist in implementing Al-based forecasting and planning tools.
• Analyse demand patterns and production efficiency data and provide recommendations.

• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on capacity, material planning, and demand risks.
• Support small-scale continuous improvement initiatives in planning, systems, and reporting.

• Relevant degree.
• APICS CPIM or equivalent certification advantageous.

• 3—5 years' experience in production planning, preferably in a batch-based manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and planning modules.
• Strong Excel skills with exposure to Power Bl desirable
• Experience in inventory management and shelf-life control

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn advanced planning systems and forecasting techniques.
• Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills for working across departments and with international partner.
