RPO Recruitment, is seeking a motivated and talented Civil Engineer Graduate to join our client's team in the construction industry. As a Civil Engineer Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field. You will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers to contribute to the design, planning, and execution of construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in the construction industry.Responsibilities:

Assist with the design of construction projects, including site layout, grading, and drainage
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with construction plans and specifications
Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including drawings and specifications
Assist with project management tasks, such as scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with subcontractors
Collaborate with project team members to solve construction-related problems
Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in civil engineering

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Experience with construction projects through internships or co-op programs is a plus
