- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Engineering Consulting industry in Joburg
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the Engineering Consulting industry
- Strong understanding of the Engineering Consulting industry, including its services and market dynamics
- Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
