Construction Manager PrCM

• Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong professional relationships.
• Prepare project progress reports, cost control, and scheduling.

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in commercial/industrial building projects.
• PrCM Professional preferred
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid drivers license and own transport.
