A well-established organisation in the freight and logistics industry is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Manager to lead its finance function. The business operates in a fast-paced, regulated environment and is focused on continuous improvement, financial compliance, and team excellence.About the Role
This senior role is pivotal to the accuracy, integrity, and performance of the company’s financial operations. You will lead a finance team responsible for reporting, forecasting, compliance, and audit preparation while supporting strategic decision-making at an executive level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the finance team to meet business and regulatory objectives
- Maintain compliance with IFRS, tax, and statutory requirements
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions
- Support due diligence and integration in mergers and acquisitions
- Drive system and process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy Qualifications and Experience
- CA(SA) accreditation is essential
