RPO Recruitment is seeking a talented and motivated Sales Consultant to join our client's team in the Packaging Industry. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling packaging solutions to clients in various industries. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients in the packaging industry
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client needs and recommend suitable packaging solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
Negotiate and close sales agreements
Provide excellent customer service and support
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
