You’ve ticked off your SAICA articles, gained 1–2 years of commercial experience, and now you’re ready for more than balancing audit binders. We are looking for a sharp, ambitious finance professional ready to move beyond the basics. Here, you’ll take ownership of reporting and reconciliations, support strategy with smart analysis, and be part of projects that grow both the business and your skill set. If you’re hungry to learn, proactive in your approach, and eager to make an impact, this role will keep you challenged and rewarded.Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Management Accounts: Assist with preparing accurate monthly management packs.
- Financial Reporting: Draft financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS.
- Balance Sheet Recons: Maintain accurate reconciliations and supporting schedules.
- Audit Support: Liaise with auditors and prepare year-end files.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in building budgets and tracking variances.
- Process Improvements: Bring fresh ideas to streamline reporting and finance operations.
- BCom Accounting Degree – non negotiable
- Completed SAICA Articles – non negotiable
- 1–2 Years Post-Articles Experience in a commercial environment
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment
