Job Description :A fast-growing beverage brand is seeking dynamic Trade Merchandisers to drive in-store excellence and brand visibility across retail channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in the field, builds strong relationships, and brings energy and initiative to every outlet visit.Key Responsibilities:

Ensure flawless execution of merchandising and brand presence across retail stores

Secure optimal shelf space and visual exposure for products

Maintain stock rotation, placement, and promotional compliance

Collaborate with merchandising partners to deliver perfect in-store execution

Build rapport with store staff and management to support brand advocacy

Identify new customer leads and contribute to sales growth

Monitor competitor activity and report on market trends

Submit weekly reports and actionable feedback to internal stakeholders

RequirementsWhat You’ll Need:

1 to 2 years' prior experience in FMCG merchandising (essential)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Excellent time management and organisational abilities

Self-motivated with a proactive, “do-what-it-takes” mindset

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Flexibility to support initiatives beyond standard hours when required
