- Create, execute, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, email workflows (Mailchimp), and targeted paid social media.
- Support with SEO basics, including keyword research, on-page content optimisation, and metadata updates, etc.
- Monitor and report on digital campaign performance metrics and make recommendations for data-driven improvements.
- Develop engaging copy and visual assets for blog posts, social media, email promotions, landing pages, and sales collateral, with guidance from senior team members.
- Support SEO-driven content initiatives.
- Assist in thought-leadership content generation, including case studies, client success stories, and eBooks.
- Help plan, market, and execute hybrid events and webinars, coordinate logistics, manage supplier relationships, create content plans, invitations and collateral, manage event registration and post-event lead nurture processes, as well as on-the-day event execution.
- Collaborate with Demand/Sales functions to manage lead handover, track conversions and event success metrics, and manage event reporting.
- Independently draft foundational visual assets, including banners, email graphics, infographics, eBook layouts, event invitations, etc., using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Manage artwork handover to external designer and/or print suppliers as needed.
- Maintain campaign documentation, lead tracking spreadsheets, and marketing reports.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships.
- Provide input into annual budget planning and support cross-team initiatives.
- Manage budgets for digital campaigns and events, ensuring budget optimisation and accurate ROI tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in a B2B technology-driven industry. Additional B2C experience/exposure is advantageous.
- Experience in event marketing, content creation, and digital and print design.
- Experience working on multi-channel campaigns, integrating events, digital marketing, and sales enablement is advantageous.
- Experience in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and lead-tracking tools is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and writing for SEO is a plus.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to track ROI, lead conversion metrics, and content performance to drive improvements, and proven problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, taking full ownership of assigned projects while integrating with the broader team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-marketing tools to enhance workflows and improve execution speed.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, comprehend brief requirements, and determine actionable steps to achieve desired results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audience personas.
