- Manage end-to-end operations including production, maintenance, warehousing, and distribution.
- Ensure optimal use of resources to meet customer demand, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Drive operational performance by implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance in line with company and legal requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and develop operational teams to achieve excellence.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and operational efficiencies to meet financial objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to address performance gaps.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within manufacturing, preferably in packaging, plastics, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality systems, and logistics management.
- Solid leadership experience with the ability to manage large teams effectively.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A track record of driving efficiency, cost savings, and operational excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
