Accountant

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports
• Consolidate and validate financial data from outsourced accountants
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, VAT, income tax, and statutory returns
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
• Assist with audits, ensure IFRS and tax compliance, and strengthen internal controls
• Provide financial modelling, scenario analysis, and insights to support operational decisions

• BCom degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (essential).
• Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles (essential).
• Proven ability to work independently while managing outsourced accounting functions
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and South African tax regulations
• Advanced MS Excel and Pastel Evolution/ other accounting system skills
