Responsibilities and Duties
- Implement, configure, and optimise SAP CRM solutions to enhance customer engagement and service processes.
- Drive the design and functionality of current CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration with business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP CRM functional solutions.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to optimise system performance.
- Configure and support various SAP CRM components, including Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define system integrations and enhancements.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of SAP CRM functionalities.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, business processes, and user manuals.
- SAP Certified in SAP CRM.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in SAP CRM implementation and support.
- Strong expertise in SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
- Hands-on experience in system configuration, business process mapping, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CRM solutions.
- Experience with SAP integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Experience in Agile methodologies for SAP project implementations.
- Familiarity with middleware tools for SAP CRM integration.
- Prior experience in customer service process enhancements using SAP CRM.
