- Minimum 5 years’ experience in citrus/fruit farming
- Minimum of 3 years in a production management role
- Computer literacy essential
- Latest/modern technology knowledge
- Proven administrative and management experience
- Strong and effective communication and written skills
- SUPERIOR knowledge of modern farming practices, especially in terms of citrus cultivation essential
