INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

- Must reside within 30km range from Montague Gardens.
- Minimum 5 years working experience as a RED SEAL Electrician
- Must have PLC experience
- Be experienced in fault finding
- must be able to work unsupervised
- Problem solving ability
- Must be physically and medically fit and able, to work in the cold at -20° Celsius, for varying lengths of time
- Have the ability to work at heights Be able to read drawings (experience in reading electrical drawings is advantageous)
- Be prepared to work weekends, if and when required Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook) Be disciplined and pay attention to detail

- Ability to perform administrative duties, such as the completion of breakdown and planned work in accordance with a technical job card system, writing reports following inspections, drawing up quotes, etc.
- Be able to complete project work, in accordance with project schedules
- Have the ability to work with a diverse cultural mix of people
- Valid Code B drivers licence Valid and updated passport advantageous
- Clear criminal record
- Maintenance Electrician/Technician will not be accepted
- Site inspections, installations & repairs
- Handle breakdowns & project work
- Lead & train assistants when needed
- Complete job cards & reports
- Travel as required
