RPO Recruitment is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Section Manager to join our client's team. As a Section Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the mining operations and ensuring the efficient and safe extraction of minerals.In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of mining professionals, developing and implementing mining plans, and ensuring adherence to mining regulations and safety standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring production targets, analyzing data, and making recommendations for improvement.The successful candidate will have a strong background in the mining industry, with extensive experience in underground mining operations. They must possess a deep understanding of mining regulations and best practices, and have a proven track record of achieving production targets while maintaining a high standard of safety.If you are a driven and dynamic individual with a passion for mining and leadership, we want to hear from you.Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience in underground mining operations
BSc degree in Mining Engineering or related field
Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Good knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
