- Relevant Interior Design qualification.
- 3 -5 years of experience in corporate interior design and space planning.
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
- Strong conceptual and 3D thinking skills to create designs that are both creative and practical.
- Understanding of construction methods and processes.
- Knowledge of the local supplier market, current trends, and industry best practices.
- Ability to take clear, accurate briefs and work methodically to deliver on them.
- Good numerical skills to work within budgets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Good organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid computer literacy in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Assist in developing creative concepts from interpreting client briefs to preparing sketches, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Work on design development to meet client briefs, budgets, and relevant regulations, including preparing technical, construction, and council documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors sourcing quality products, coordinating pricing, and supporting site inspections and snag lists.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Support senior designers and project leads in delivering outstanding design solutions.
- Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders and act as a positive representative of the brand.
