Processing of new fibre online applications
Liaising with clients regarding the installation of the fibre application
Liaising with various providers for fibre installations
Scheduling IT Technicians and arrange deliver of routers and connections of fibre
Processing of fibre contract cancellations
Processing of clients upgrades or downgrades in packages
Responding to customer emails and queries via ticketing system
Send sms or email notices to clients with regards to scheduled or emergency maintenance or downtime
Compiling of weekly and monthly reports
Stock control
Point of contact for management and key stakeholders
Ensure effective running of administrative tasks in the department
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all processes are managed within customer expectationRequirements
Qualifications:Matric
Experience:3 years proven experience as an Administrator
Previous experience working for an Internet Service Provider (ISP) in an administrative capacity would be advantageous
Skills and Attributes:Advanced Computer skills (experience in Google drive, docs, sheets advantageous)
Proven organizational and administrative skills
Professional communication skills – both verbal and written
Customer service orientated
Neat in appearance
Self motivated and strives for excellence
Excellent interpersonal skills
Responsible, accountable and dedicated
Be able to work in a team and individually
