Job Summary MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12
Proven technical aptitude
Driver's license
Basic knowledge of mechanical / electrical maintenance
Organisational & supervisory skills
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Technical post matric qualification will be to your advantage
Own accommodation and transport in Swellendam or surrounding area.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TOHealth and safety:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, actively promote a safe working environment, and report or address any safety risks or incidents promptly.

Hostels and buildings:

General repairs
Gas installation/ maintenance
Manage cleaning teams
Garden maintenance

Workshop:

General maintenance
Auto electrical work
Services
Stock control

Irrigation maintenance of:

Pump houses
Main lines
Installations
Boreholes
