This position reports to the Fleet Manager / Operations Manager and requires someone who thrives under pressure with excellent leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily fleet operations, dispatch, and scheduling Ensure vehicles are serviced and compliant Monitor performance, fuel usage, and compliance Liaise with drivers, staff, and management Handle customer inquiries and incidents professionally Identify and implement process improvements Requirements: 5+ years' experience in fleet/logistics operations Proven ability to manage large fleets under pressure Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Flexible to work long hours, weekends, or evenings Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, routing tools, and compliance Proficient in fleet systems and Microsoft Office Advantageous: Transport/Fleet Management qualification Experience with telematics and route optimization Understanding of logistics health & safety standards To apply, send your CV with Ref: SFC/JM
