Job SummaryMy client is seeking a skilled and motivated Manager/Accountant to take charge of their financial operations. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of accounting experience, with SAIPA or SAICA registration preferred, and the ability to lead a small finance team with confidence and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Handle full accounting functions up to trial balancePrepare monthly management accounts and financial reportsCash flow management, budgeting, and forecastingVAT, PAYE, and statutory submissionsOversee daily finance and admin operationsLiaise with external auditors, SARS, and internal stakeholdersEnforce internal controls and ensure complianceRequirements:Degree or diploma in Accounting or FinanceSAIPA or SAICA registered (preferred)Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar roleStrong working knowledge of Pastel, Sage, or XeroExcellent Excel skills and analytical thinkingStrong organizational and leadership capabilitiesHigh attention to detail and deadline-focusedWorking Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30 | Friday: 07:30 - 13:30IMPORTANT:
