- Assist with basic website updates and editing.
- Design and print labels, serial numbers, and other materials for the warehouse as required.
- Write, edit, and publish content for the company’s websites and social media platforms.
- Create engaging social media posts and assist with scheduling content.
- Support the development of creative content, including videos and photography, to enhance brand engagement.
- Respond to comments and messages on social media to build strong relationships with our audience.
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Maintain and organise the marketing room, including stock management of marketing materials.
- Conduct regular stocktake reports and ensure timely dispatch of items to branches.
- Ensure proper management and control of ISO-related documents.
- Regularly update, review, and archive ISO documents in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all ISO-compliant materials and ensure accessibility for audits and internal reviews.
- Support the team in aligning marketing materials and processes with ISO standards where applicable.
- Proofread marketing materials, including manuals, catalogues, and social media posts.
- Assist in maintaining updated customer load sheets and data sheets.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials for trade shows and events.

- 3D graphic render design and texturing experience is a huge advantage.

- Experience with photography and videography (advantageous).
- Copywriting skills (advantageous).
