- Support end-to-end system development and integration
- Apply MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) tools and principles
- Contribute to platform-level integration and weapon qualification
- Plan and conduct flight tests for weapon development
- Develop test plans and flight test cards
- Lead aerodynamic, algorithmic, and sensor-specific testing
- Build and simulate in 6DoF environments
- Develop autopilot systems for guided glide weapons
- Implement Kalman filters for target tracking
- Design and test guidance laws
- Has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Is passionate about aircraft, control systems, and advanced defense technologies
- Has hands-on experience or a strong interest in system engineering, flight testing, or control algorithm development
- Thrives in a dynamic, R&D-focused environment
