Job SummaryAn established company is seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse & Assistant Logistics & Operations Manager to join their team in Clayville, GP. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in procurement, supply chain management, and warehouse operations within manufacturing or FMCG environments.Responsibilities:

Oversee purchasing, procurement, and vendor management.
Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
Optimize supply chain and warehouse operations for efficiency and cost savings.
Manage inventory control for raw materials, consumables, and glass bottles.
Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and generate reports.
Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply and demand.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, and vendor management.
Experience managing inventory for raw materials, consumables, and glass products.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
Ability to conduct stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and generate detailed reports.
Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
