- Traditional Marketing:
- Designing company marketing material such as: brochures, mailers, case studies, website graphics, social media posts, articles, whitepapers, e-books, graphics for PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and videos
- Website:
- Updating the company website using WordPress
- Optimising website for organic SEO growth
- Writing articles for the Newsroom
- Writing case studies for the Success Stories page
- Social Media:
- Setting up a posting schedule that covers Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Optimising posts for organic SEO growth
- Responding to queries coming in to our social media accounts in a timely manner.
- Ensuring content and posts are driving business growth.
- Steering paid campaigns on social media
- Email campaigns:
- Setting up an email marketing schedule
- Creation of content for promotional emails with Directors
- Developing and executing outbound email outreach campaigns (Mailchimp and CRM system)
- Inbound Sales:
- Handling inbound sales inquiries from the website, social media and CRM
- Scheduling appointments for online presentations or call backs for the NSM.
- Setting up campaigns in CRM system
- Sourcing numbers for new connections in CRM system for NSM
- Paid Google Campaigns:
- Working in conjunction with our partner to drive the SEO campaigns utilizing Google Analytics.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing with a least 1 to 3 year's work experience in marketing
- Resides in a conveniently commutable vicinity to Ballito.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Creative nature with proficiency in tools to create traditional and digital marketing material.
- Familiarity with WordPress and content management systems.
- Excellent writing and editing abilities to create engaging and persuasive content such as blogs, articles, brochures and case studies.
- Ability to create videos - nice to have.
- Demonstrated experience in managing email campaigns.
- Effective communication skills for responding to inquiries and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
