
Mobile Product Manager

- Determines and communicates team priorities in alignment with overall company goals and strategy. Drives the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, customer analysis, planning, requirements and roadmap development, product launch and product lifecycle management.
- Drives well-framed and unambiguous product initiatives independently.
- Leads cross-functional team of engineers and designers in execution of team priorities and release of products, and balances resources to ensure success for the entire organisation. Sets and tracks team- and project-based success metrics and utilises data to inform product priorities and initiatives.
- Develop feedback loops from users through interviews, surveys, and other methods, for continuous improvement.
- Works with manager to author product planning documents, such as an Approach memo, that considers business context, user feedback, and potential impact to the business through measurable behaviours
- Independently engages organisational stakeholders in support of team priorities.
- Facilitates communication, addresses concerns, and helps resolve stakeholder issues.
- Utilises industry and customer research, as well as software familiarity, to develop expertise in their domain.
- 2-5 years of product management experience
- Experience building and owning a product roadmap
- Experience collaborating with mobile engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact mobile solutions
- Structured and data-driven thinking with a strong bias to action
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong empathy and intuition for our learners and customers
- Experience with agile software development
- Desire to improve access to education around the world
- Strong understanding of technical concepts
