- Assist with coordinating recruitment activities, ensuring smooth operations from job posting to candidate placement.
- Handle clerical duties, including managing emails, drafting offer letters, and other recruitment-related documents.
- Design and publish engaging job ads across various platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
- Support the recruitment team in screening resumes and conducting preliminary phone interviews.
- Schedule and organize interviews, aligning the availability of hiring teams, candidates, and our clients.
- Offer on-site assistance to interviewees, providing a positive and professional first impression.
- Arrange travel accommodations for candidates as needed, facilitating a stress-free interview process.
- Conduct background checks to uphold our commitment to providing trustworthy and reliable candidates to our clients.
- Keep the candidate database meticulously organized and updated for efficient retrieval and communication.
- Proactively address any recruitment issues, such as interview cancellations or rescheduling, to minimize disruptions.
- Play a key role in new hire onboarding processes, ensuring candidates are well-prepared and informed as they transition to their new roles.
- Proven experience in a Recruitment Assistant role, ideally within a recruitment agency setting.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening to onboarding.
- Competence in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on time management and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of building positive relationships with candidates, clients, and team members.
- Problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
