The Responsible Pharmacist will work 200 hours per month, after which it will be overtime at a fixed rate per hour, as well as 2 Saturdays per month. The responsible pharmacist also qualifies for a 10% profit sharing after twelve months of service, which is paid out annually on 31 July. The salary is negotiable and our pension fund is with Allan Gray, where the employer contributes 3% of the pharmacist's gross salary and the pharmacist himself contributes 5% of the gross salary. Leave, sick leave and Family Responsibility Leave are standard according to the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
