Experienced Lodge Management Couple

• Full operational oversight in collaboration with the Operations Management Team
• Budgeting, financial performance monitoring & strategic reporting
• Staff management, training & cross-departmental leadership
• Supply chain, procurement & vendor management
• Championing guest satisfaction, sustainability, and service excellence
• Driving innovation, operational efficiency & luxury brand standards
• Collaborating with Head Office to align with group-wide strategy

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in General Management within a luxury lodge environment
• Formal hospitality degree/diploma (advantageous)
• Deep understanding of game reserve operations and luxury safari standards
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of OPERA Cloud or similar PMS preferred
• Valid RSA ID, driver’s license & own vehicle required
• Must be a well-presented, hands-on team player with excellent verbal & written communication
