? Duration: 12 Months Fixed-Term InternshipAbout the InternshipWe are offering a 12-month HR / Admin Internship opportunity within the Real Estate industry, based in Meyerton. This internship is ideal for candidates who have recently completed a relevant qualification and are eager to gain practical work experience in a dynamic office environment.Minimum Requirements:
- A completed Degree or Diploma in Sales or Human Resource Management
- Must be immediately available
- Own transport
- South African Identity Document (ID)
- Statement of academic results
- Relevant qualification certificate(s)
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview packs, and welcoming new employees.
- Support the maintenance of employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up to date, and confidential.
- Help update and track leave applications, sick notes, and attendance records.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews.
- Provide administrative support during employee wellness or engagement initiatives.
- Help with the preparation of HR reports, memos, and presentations.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures under supervision.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, printing, scanning, photocopying, and data capturing.
- Handle and route incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, including placing orders and tracking stock levels.
- Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and internal records.
- Support management and colleagues with travel bookings, meeting coordination, and minute-taking when required.
- Help ensure that office areas remain neat, organized, and fully functional.
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
- Complete tasks and projects assigned by supervisors accurately and on time.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take initiative, and show commitment to personal and professional development.
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and industry guidelines.
