Job Description:Salary: R30,000 - R40,000 per monthAbout the RoleThis Group is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee daily depot operations, including fleet performance, driver management, and client service. The role involves both day and night shift oversight, ensuring vehicles are maintained, schedules are met, and clients receive exceptional service within SLA standards.Key Responsibilities

Manage fleet operations: maintenance, licensing, services, fuel usage, and breakdowns.
Oversee drivers: scheduling, performance monitoring, leave/overtime, and compliance.
Ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction; resolve queries quickly.
Handle operational reporting, budgeting, and cost management.
Drive efficiencies across fleet and site operations.

Requirements:

Matric (Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Transport an advantage).
Minimum 2 years' fleet/transport management experience.
Strong admin, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication in English & Afrikaans.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
