Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Every second Saturday: 09:00 – 12:00About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, polished, and friendly Client Liaison & Internal Sales Consultant to join our prestigious vaulting facility in Sandton. This is a front-facing, client-centric role ideal for someone who thrives on building trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals, delivering world-class service, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to final sale.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for clients—both new and existingProvide personalized service and assistance in a high-end, secure environmentManage inbound inquiries, client visits, and follow-up communicationAssist with internal sales and upselling of services based on client needsCoordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service deliveryMaintain accurate records and CRM dataSupport occasional events or VIP appointments when requiredIdeal Candidate ProfileExceptionally well-groomed, presentable, and professionalWarm, bubbly, and engaging personality with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProven ability to engage with high-net-worth clients and maintain discretionSales-savvy, with an understanding of luxury or high-trust environmentsWell-organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitaskMinimum RequirementsMatric certificate (a relevant tertiary qualification is a plus)2+ years’ experience in client service, front office, or internal salesFluent in English (other South African languages an advantage)Proficient in MS Office and CRM softwareMust be available to work every second Saturday from 09:00–12:00Why Join our client?Work in a secure, exclusive environment with premium clienteleBe part of a small, passionate teamOpportunity to grow within a niche, high-value industry
