R18 000 - R25 000 ctc (Negotiable depending on experience)Our client int he Agricultural sector is looking for a HR Officer to join there team in White River.Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) with a relevant HR qualification
- Proficient in ERS/BioS Payroll systems
- In-depth knowledge of the Employment Equity Act and Skills Development Act, including statutory reporting processes
- Comprehensive understanding of South African labour legislation and regulations
- Demonstrated experience in chairing disciplinary hearings and representing cases at the CCMA
- Proven ability to engage effectively with union representatives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Strong organisational, planning, and administrative capabilities
- Valid driver’s licence with willingness to travel nationally and cross-border
