- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Essential)
- Minimum 5 years’ logistics planning experience with exposure in Sub-Saharan Africa
- Proven track record in sea freight and container logistics
- Strong knowledge of duties, customs, and tax regulations for African markets
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Essential); SAP exposure is advantageous
- Coordinate and optimise logistics operations across the Sub-Saharan region
- Manage sea freight and container movements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timeliness
- Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability for business needs
- Oversee ordering and replenishment processes, considering volume, lead time, transport, and customs requirements
- Analyse and interpret large data sets to produce actionable insights and recommendations for management
- Ensure compliance with regional export policies, frameworks, and regulations
- Prepare detailed reports and analytics to support decision-making and drive operational efficiency
- Agile and adaptable with the ability to perform under pressure
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
