Youll play a key role in optimising pages, improving site structure and ensuring best practices are implemented consistently.This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in SEO who is ready to step into a role with ownership, variety and room to grow under the guidance of a Senior SEO Specialist.Key ResponsibilitiesOptimise product, category, and blog pages for on-page SEOConduct keyword research and create data-driven content briefsImplement metadata, alt text, and structured content using our CMSRun technical SEO audits and work with the dev team on fixesMonitor keyword rankings, impressions and traffic performanceAssist with internal linking, structured data and site hygieneEnsure proper indexing and crawlability across priority pagesCollaborate with content creators, developers and marketing teams, including on the backlink strategyStay current with search algorithm updates and SEO trendsWhat Were Looking For2+ years of SEO experience (agency or in-house)Strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO principlesProficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming FrogExperience with content optimisation, metadata and keyword targetingComfortable working in CMS platforms and spreadsheetsStrong attention to detail, organisation and task follow-throughExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA problem-solver with a passion for all things SEOBonus PointsExperience working on large, content-heavy or eCommerce / marketplace websitesFamiliarity with schema markup and basic HTMLBackground or interest in the marine, yachting, or luxury goods space
