- A Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Management.
- 6+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic/enterprise account management role.
- Proven account management/sales experience in both private and public sectors.
- Previous exposure to fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environments, preferably within the SaaS domain or technology companies offering hardware and software solutions.
- Excellent people skills, showcasing the ability to build relationships, navigate network complexities, and understand channel dynamics.
- Experience and a track record in high-level negotiations and successfully closing deals/accounts would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other business tools for effective communication and professional presentations.
- Good knowledge and understanding of SaaS solutions.
- Directly engage with customers at all levels, from Technical Engineers to C-level/directors, showcasing the value of our solutions supported by ROI and business case development.
- Manage and nurture account relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify, qualify, and convert active opportunities through direct sales.
- Provide service management to existing customers.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth.
- Project management: effectively navigate conflicting constraints and drive each project to successful completion.
- Build and maintain relationships through regular customer meetings and interactions.
- Identify upsell opportunities, manage pre-sales activities, expand customer product portfolios, and increase solution adoption and usage.
- Act as the technical solutions expert and trusted advisor for customers, guiding them on best practice processes and methodologies, and conducting product and user training workshops.
