Type: Full time office basedKey Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer trust documentation and digital records.
- Process and maintain trust information using companys bespoke software.
- Draft and prepare trust-related correspondence and documents.
- Liaise professionally with attorneys, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
- Support attorneys with accurate and timely administrative tasks.
- Address client queries empathetically and manage difficult situations professionally.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in all administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12) essential.
- Further studies in Legal Administration, Finance, or related field advantageous.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
- Ability to learn and work on custom company software (training provided).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Minimum 23 years administrative experience.
- Experience in a legal or financial environment highly beneficial.
- Professional and presentable (physically and digitally).
- Client service orientation with compassion and understanding.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
- High levels of confidentiality and discretion.
- Office-based, full-time role.
