This exciting role offers newly qualified Chartered Accountants the opportunity to step into a leadership position within a fast-paced and influential business. The successful candidate will oversee a team of three accountants, ensuring strong controls, accurate reporting, and strategic input into the group’s financial decisions. The role requires a confident personality, capable of managing stakeholders and driving performance within the finance team.
Other duties include:
- Overseeing monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
- Driving budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Managing and mentoring a team of three accountants.
- Partnering with executives on strategic financial decisions.
- Newly Qualified CA(SA)
