Job SummaryHire Resolve's Client is urgently looking for a Mine Manager to be based at a mine in the Northern Cape!Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure zero harm and emergency readiness.
Drive production performance in line with business targets and continuous improvement goals.
Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
Manage equipment maintenance, resource allocation, and cost control.
Develop talent through coaching, performance management, and fostering a high-performance culture

Requirements:

Grade 12
Degree in Mining Engineering
Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency
Blasting Certificate for scheduled mines
8 years mining production experience in an underground mining environment
Valid Driver's License

Benefits:

Salary: R3.2m - R4m CTC
