Job Summary This is a contract on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk position located in Midrand. The IT Help Desk professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including handling and resolving technical issues, providing support for network administration, ensuring network security, and delivering high-quality customer service. The role will also involve troubleshooting hardware and software problems, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting users with technical support queries. Qualifications Diploma / Degree non-negotiable Skills in Network Administration and Network Security Experience in Information Technology and Troubleshooting Strong Customer Service skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
