Our client, a growing coffee equipment retailer that is passionate about quality, relationships, and excellence in service, is seeking a proactive and highly dependable Financial & Office Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate is a highly organised individual with a meticulous approach to work, paired with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. The successful candidate must be comfortable working on-site in a home-office environment based in Paarl, Western Cape. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations, professional communication, and excellent customer care, and responsibilities will include: *Serving as first point of contact via phone, email, and other channels *Delivering exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and friendly communication *Preparing and managing quotations, invoices, credit notes, and related documentation *Providing financial administrative support, including expense tracking, reconciliations, and liaison with accounting partners *Managing calendars, appointments, and coordinating logistics for business activities *Overseeing general office administration, filing systems, and data management *Supporting management with reporting, record-keeping, and ad hoc business tasks *Maintaining confidentiality and upholding professionalism in all aspects of the role. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous; Minimum 2 years experience in a similar customer-focused role with a strong financial and administrative background (e.g., bookkeeping support, quoting, invoicing, reconciliations, etc.); Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace; Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Afrikaans & English; Own reliable transport required, drivers license preferred.
