- Develop project budgets, monitor expenses, and manage cost control measures.
- Implement effective financial management practices.
- Ensure design integrity, functionality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to create innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.

- Proven experience in project management and design within the property development sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
