- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage payroll and pension submissions.
- Conduct monthly bank and payment gateway reconciliations.
- Raise and track invoices, process payments, manage expense claims. Assist with VAT filings and end-of-month reporting packs.
- Support year-end accounting and liaise with external accountants.
- 3+ years’experience in a similar bookkeeping role.
- Relevant qualifications are not a requirement but will be a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of payroll/tax processes.
- Able to work independently.
- Must have a remote office setup.
- Detail-Oriented: Organised, accurate, and thorough in execution.
