Job Summary Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or equivalent BTech/MTech. 8+ years' experience in commercial design, building refurbishment, and architectural design. Strong written communication and presentation skills (verbal & digital). In-depth knowledge of furnishings, finishes, furniture, lighting, and materials. Ability to read, interpret, and compile construction drawings and documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop 3D rendering and sketching abilities. Strong site surveying skills.Up-to-date with local and international design trends. Knowledge of municipal bylaws.
