Payment Solutions company is looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for supporting development and delivery of innovative products by translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring alignment across teams.Responsibilities:

Elicit and document business and reporting requirements.
Convert business needs into precise, functional specifications.
Map and maintain workflows and procedures.
Support project delivery and backlog management within the PMO.
Control requirement changes and ensure documentation accuracy.
Oversee UAT to confirm features meet business objectives.
Enhance analysis tools and processes for greater efficiency

Education:

Relevant tertiary qualification
3 - 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
Strong understanding of Payments solutions
Experience with Jira, Dra.IO, Confluence, Visio
