
Reservations & Sales Consultant (Remote) - Luxury Pre-opening Lodge

- Handle enquiries and manage the sales pipeline using the Reservations System (PMS, Stripe).
- Respond promptly to client queries via email and phone.
- Coordinate customer travel arrangements, including dietary requirements, transfers, and special requests.
- Issue invoices and track payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and agents through outstanding customer care.
- Organize and manage FAM trips, educational sessions, and press trips.
- Monitor sales performance against budget, providing input for strategic adjustments.
- Conduct follow-ups on provisional bookings and post-travel engagement.
- Maintain accurate records using HubSpot.
- Content Management:
- Update website content, including copy and images, via the Content Management System.
- Degree or diploma in business or tourism studies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in African-related reservations and sales.
- Proficient knowledge of South Africa as a travel destination.
- Proactive, adaptable, and growth-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong administrative and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in Google Docs and Excel.
