We are seeking telesales agents.PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
  • Meeting and exceeding daily cold calling
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Carry out accurate and efficient sales related administration
  • Liaise effectively with students.
  • Generate sales through telephonic consultation and face-to face consultation.
  • Proactively pursue sales by tele-canvassing and phoning past students for further courses.
  • Conduct interviews with potential students
  • Record prospective student details from each enquiry.
  • Telephone no shows for courses allocated
  • Email, post and fax information to potential customers
  • Capture Leads on CRM system
REQUIREMENTS:1.Matric is essential and a Diploma with Sales and Marketing is advantageous.
2.A minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
3.Typing speed of 25 wpm
4.Computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
5. Proficiency in IsiXhosa/ Sotho/ Venda/ Afrikaans would an added advantageCOMPETENCIES OF THE JOB:1.Planning and organizing competencies
