Job Summary Hire Resolve's client is seeking a dynamic and talented Supply Chain Graduate to join their team in the Agriculture Industry in the Western Cape region. The ideal candidate will have a background in supply chain management or a related field and a passion for the agricultural industry. This role will involve working closely with various teams across the supply chain to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of products from suppliers to customers.Responsibilities:

Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
Monitor and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory
Assist in the development of supply chain strategies and initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate all aspects of the supply chain, including production, procurement, logistics, and distribution
Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization
Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to provide updates on the status of supply chain operations
Assist in the resolution of supply chain issues and conflicts as they arise

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a B.Eng. Degree
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to job rotate and be away from the appointed place of work
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of agricultural industry practices and trends is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software
Willing to work on a fixed 18-month contract
